1. Completion of GLEF 2023

Awarded to those who have successfully participated in and completed the GLEF event in 2023

2. Six Year Completion (2018 – 2023): Presented to individuals who have consistently participated in GLEF programs over the span of six years, from 2018 to 2023, showcasing their enduring commitment to growth and learning.

How to be successfull at GLEF

Achieving success at the Global Leadership Empowerment Forum (GLEF) involves following three core principles:

By embracing these principles of receiving spiritual power through the Holy Spirit, building a personal relationship with God, and praying wholeheartedly for the raising up of global spiritual leaders, participants can maximize their experience at GLEF. These principles equip participants with the spiritual strength, wisdom, and perspective necessary to become global spiritual leaders who lead and pray with purpose and spiritual discernment.

The Global Leadership Empowerment Forum (GLEF) is hosted by the GLEF Committee. It is organized in partnership by Bonn UBF, New Jersey UBF, the European Institute for Discipleship (EDI) and the North American Institute for Discipleship (NADI). Their combined commitment and coordination ensures the successful organization of the forum and enables a platform where insights on leadership and spiritual growth can flourish.

Within the context of the Global Leadership Empowerment Forum (GLEF), participants have the opportunity to earn certificates that recognize their achievements and contributions in different capacities. These certificates serve as symbols of accomplishment and commitment to personal and leadership growth:

Degree Certificates (Empowerment):

Degree certificates signify participants' achievement of specialized levels of empowerment:

Self-motivated Executive Bible Teacher (SEBT):

Conferred upon those who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to becoming a proficient Bible teacher, showcasing self-motivation and commitment to teaching with excellence.

Appointment Certificates (Appreciation):

These certificates recognize individuals' significant roles within the GLEF community

Coach, Trainer, Facilitator, Mentor: Presented to those who have taken on pivotal roles as coaches, trainers, facilitators, or mentors within the GLEF framework. This certificate serves as an appreciation for their valuable contributions to fostering growth and development in others.

To receive certificates, participants must achieve a certain number of points for a total of 600 points. These points reflect the participants' commitment, performance and dedication to the various programs and activities of the Global Leadership Empowerment Forum (GLEF). The point system serves as an objective measure of participants' accomplishments and progress during their participation in GLEF initiatives. The points are divided among different areas as follows.
