What is the "Vast Army Congress"?

The Vast Army Congress is a gathering of visionary leaders from all over the world. It is an essential part of the Global Leadership Empowerment Forum (GLEF), dedicated to mobilizing and equipping young people as global spiritual leaders and Bible teachers through God’s Word. Our goal is to prepare and empower the global spiritual leaders among the next generation for the challenges and opportunities of the future and for spiritual leadership.

At the Vast Army Congress, the top-level organizers and leading members who have played a vital role in the successful planning of GLEF and HSA on a biblical foundation will meet to study God’s Word and prepare for the upcoming GLEF. Over the course of one weekend, they will use the Inductive Bible Study Method to study the Word of God, which is the main theme of the next GLEF. Furthermore, the participants and coworkers will make concrete preparations by planning and praying for the next GLEF. This will mobilize young people and train them as global spiritual leaders. All participants will become part of an international network of like-minded individuals who share the same vision: to raise young people as global spiritual leaders with the Word of God.

Attendance of the Vast Army Congress (Fall 2025) requires application, and will be supported by scholarship upon review and verification of the application.

Requirements

The Vast Army Congress is open to two categories of participants:

Leading Organizers

If you´ve been actively involved in the preparing and executing GLEF and the HSA program, this is the place for you. Your experience and expertise are valuable asset as we shape the future of global leadership.

Advanced Members

All those who have contributed to GLEF, either through on-the-ground cooperation or dedicated support, are invited to attend as well. By sharing their experiences, their devotion and commitment will be taken to the next level.

We will ignite a powerful movement that empowers young people, spiritual leaders, and Bible teachers to make a lasting impact on the world. By studying, praying, and preparing for the upcoming GLEF, we will witness God’s mighty redemption work
